Welcome to SaveTok! This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the individual developer of SaveTok ("I," "Me," or "My"), governing your use of the SaveTok mobile application ("App") and any related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device that you own or control.

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. I retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the App.
Your use of the App is also subject to my Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Please review my Privacy Policy to understand my practices regarding your personal data.
I may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of my servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through my App by any third party; or (d) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Thailand to resolve any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement.
I reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
